Welcome to the new website for the Burning Man theme camp, The Poisoned Palace! We are now open for business. We have redesigned the site from the ground-up to serve as an online presence for friends and the Burner community. The site will also serve as a locus for camp members to collaborate and brainstorm between camp meetings. We hope you like the new look, the features, and hope that you will visit to learn the latest on what the Palace has to offer. Cheers! |

Want to go to Burning Man this year? Do you live in the greater Seattle area? There are many great groups and theme camps you should consider joining. The Poisoned Palace is looking for new members. We are an organized group of friendly people looking to maintain a warm, low-drama atmosphere both on and off-Playa. We are beginning to meet more regularly now that the event is only a few months away. If you're interested please

about attending one of our camp meetings. We have the camp infrastructure in place, but it's people that make the difference. This year's theme of Evolution should prove to be a great source of art and inspiration. So let us know if you're interested in finding out what The Poisoned palace is all about! |

The Palace is working on its theme camp registration for Black Rock City 2009. Most of the changes will be internal - some new faces, some different approaches to prep and organization, and repairs/modifications to improve existing infrastructure. Most of the features and activities in the camp will remain the same. Our camp layout worked surprisingly well so will be keeping that mostly intact as well. You can check it out here. We were really pleased with how most things went last year, and if ain't broke don't fix it. Expect to see updates posted throughout the site, including Playa activities in our calendar section and probably a section hosting our camp registration info. Stay tuned! |
